Pizza Hut - Newcastle upon Tyne

I came today with a friend and we both received excellent service, staff in nice conversation with us, told us about an app and some special offers, made us feel very welcome and eating was just as good. I have to come here more often.

I just want to say the manager in this hut is fantastic, always very polite and so a beautiful person. one of the reasons we visit this hut. Thank you.

We brought our daughter 2 of her friends to her birthday, beautiful girl named ann served us, she was nice, very friendly fast service also, eating was beautiful xx

Hello! I brought a big group of 40+ people to your Pizza Hut Restaurant a few days ago. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making my and my club's (Tigers Basketball Club experience awesome! the group that I brought was the kids from 5 years old to 16 year olds and about 10 parents, you even allocated us more seats which allowed more parents to stay and enjoy the meal! I couldn't find your restaurant more helpful that what it was, you went above and beyond. Also, Elisha (the girl that was looking after our group she was great! Amazing customer service, super patient with the kids, and nothing was a problem (even when I was requesting more things that what we have ordered origiinally . I tried to keep the noise the level to a minimum (I am sure you hear me shouting' Tigers' and made sure the team didn't leave too much much after. A massive thank you from all of us! Thank you once again and I will definately recommend to my friends and we will be back : The smiles on the kids (and parents faces show how awesome the night was!
