Good service. Good food. Food came fast. It's never going to be gourmet but it's just simple food that comes quick. We had the two course lunch menu which is a good price for these days. Good amount of choices. View all feedback.
What JohnnyMcComb doesn't like about Frankie Benny's Eldon Square:
After being let down with another venue we managed to get a table here. The restaurant wasn’t busy but then again it was getting close to closing time. Food was okay nothing special but then again beggars can’t be choosers. Staff were very friendly though. View all feedback.
We had a delicious meal here the other day! The macaroni and cheese and pizza were lovely, and my boyfriend really enjoyed the vegetarian burger (even if I stole all the lettuce with my bite). However, the Cajun cheese fries were definitely the highlight. We had a lovely waitress with long blonde hair, didn't catch her name but she made the experience even more delightful.
I cannot fault the place, from the friendly team to the stunning food and the short wait times too. We were served by Jordan who was great, nothing was too much, very friendly and polite. We will definitely be back.
Really impressed with this place, have to say the lady who greeted us when we arrived really made the evening. Super range of food, plenty to choose from and big portions. Staff attentive and friendly, could not find fault with anything. Highly recommend.
The restaurant is not good value for money at all. I paid over £80 for a lunch meal for three people, which is ridiculously expensive. The prices are inflated and the cost of drinks is outrageous. I have dined at a 4-star hotel in the city for a much better fine dining experience, and it was £25 cheaper. Raising prices, especially for lunch, will only drive customers away. My family and I will not be returning as there are plenty of other places with better food and lower prices. Stop overcharging your customers.
