The only disappointment was that the gallery was closed, unlike our first visit when it was open. In the past, we enjoyed champagne and canapés there and had the opportunity to appreciate the artwork. However, this leaves us with a reason to revisit for lunch when the gallery is open. What Jennifer Bennett doesn't like about Artisan:
The staff were very professional, the headwaiter who was suited was excellent. I did not like the brioche bread, he wen upstairs to the cafe to get me some sour dough bread as the other would take around 15 minutes to cook. he did not have to do that. Beef was lovely, I could not eat it all as there was a bit too much. So, no desert. I have been twice for dinner during the week and it has always been fabulous. I woul... View all feedback.
I only visited the keksfabrik three times and every time I was blown away with the diners in the restaurant. the staff is very helpful and friendly, the menu is exceptional with so much choice and eating is exquisite: fresh, colorful and the best quality. if I had the smallest handle, it would be easy to choose with so much choice it is hard to choose. last visit I had a own version of eiern benedict, which was offered with ham or smoked salmon. I chose with salmon and wished only I had made a photo, it was the best egg benedikt (with salmon) I have ever tasted and I am quite a food with 60 years experience. my friends are vegetarian and vegan and they were also pampered for the choice, the vegetarian had mushrooms on toast never before we have seen so many mushrooms on roasted craft brot. the vegan chose a non-milk cheese and roasted sweet roasted craft sandwich and two salads with dips. the whole food burst with color, taste and fresh. everything is beautifully presented and although always busy the tables are good at the intervals with pandemic restrictions, it is light, bright, airy and immaculate clean. I would definitely recommend eating here, they are excelled in all areas and given their location in a huge city the prices are also very reasonable!
Been many times, first time for Sunday lunch and i can't fault it, staff very pleasant, food excellent and the price not too bad.
Lovely place. Beautifully presented freshly cooked food

The chefs did an outstanding job, even with a full restaurant. This place truly impressed me. The food was incredibly delicious, and the attention to detail on each plate was remarkable. The seasonal rhubarb and the locally sourced seafood from North Shields were fresh, clean, and expertly prepared. The wine list was excellent, with some great options by the glass. At £55 per person, the meal was reasonably priced. An à la carte menu is available, along with a set menu offered once a month. The atmosphere is adult-friendly and the restaurant is accessible for those with disabilities.
