The restaurant offers a plant-based menu with a great selection of clean and delicious food. The broccoli and yellow lentils are fantastic options. They also offer vegan wine, which is a plus. The atmosphere is stylish and the location is convenient. Definitely recommend checking out this place!

I celebrated my birthday at Khai Khai and it exceeded my expectations. The tandoori broccoli was outstanding and I am a broccoli enthusiast. They offer two delicious vegan curries and a variety of small plates to choose from. Though they do not serve faux meat, it was not missed in this flavorful meal. While it is a bit on the expensive side, they offer set meals during the day and participate in NE restaurant week. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the staff provides excellent customer service. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit.

Several vegan options, even a vegan dessert. Lots of very attentive staff, great atmosphere. Note: if you order the gunpowder chips (marked as vegan) the mayo that comes with it is not vegan. Splendid place. The vegan menu isn’t just for show, they take plant based dining seriously here. An open kitchen at the rear with chefs surrounded by fresh ingredients and spices is quite a sight as you dash past down to the washrooms. We sampled the 2022 Veganuary restaurant week menu at £20. I was hugely impressed. Onion and samphire bhajis, saag aloo, spicy lentils, rice and naan bread. Utterly delicious. They have a more extensive vegan menu which I will explore another day. #Veganuary
