The Royal Oak Miles Green

We stopped by this restaurant to pick up someone nearby. We only had drinks, but they were very cold. However, the gas was broken so there was no coal for the fire. The place has potential to be nice, but it definitely needs some attention. We will give it another try in the future.

The restaurant is in need of renovations. The food quality is lacking, but it's a decent spot for drinks. However, a refurbishment is definitely necessary. Thanks.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my sister today. Eve, the owner, is amazing, and Sam is great! We also had the pleasure of meeting lovely Gail. I had the best chicken burger for lunch! It's a cozy pub with a friendly vibe. I will definitely be coming back soon.

We thought we'd give the Royal Oak another try after a long lay off. We had a really warm welcome from the new landlady and was happy with how cheap the drinks were. We ordered 2 lamb shank Sunday lunches and were surprised that it was 2 for £10. At that price I think we weren't expecting too much BUT we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely the meal was. We will be returning very soon.
