Lims Chinese Take Away

There are a ton of vegan options including chicken alternative soya protein which tastes amazing. We have ordered from here many times . One occasion we ordered and my boyfriend selected bbq sauce to his meal , everything on our order was vegan and I received a call not long after to let us know that that sauce contained pork clearly the staff pay attention! They send veg spring rolls instead of prawn crackers when your order is full veggie The only downside for me is that once again like most places it’s not clearly labelled what is and isn’t vegan and this causes a bit of anxiety when enjoying the food. Add labels and this is a top top take away in the area

The monk chicken dishes are delicious! Also love how they come with a side boiled rice/chips included in the price

Me and my partner decided to try here after seeing they did monk chicken and we were not disappointed . We have the monk chicken curry and monk chicken in peking sauce with a side of rice and salt and pepper chips and it was all delicious, probably one of the best Chinese curries I’ve had in a long time. One major positive was they made us some vegetable spring rolls because they noticed we’d ordered no meat so we had them instead of the prawn crackers which no other Chinese takeaway has ever done and it was a nice touch. Good price and good quality.
