Burger King - NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME

Located on the overbridge at Keele Services, The BK is a clean and well-maintained restaurant. During my visit on a Saturday evening, the staff member was actively cleaning the tables and floors. I ordered the Angus Steakhouse burger with chips and a vanilla milkshake from the order board, and they were promptly served. The burger was delicious and nicely presented, and the chips and shake were also satisfying. I will definitely be returning to The BK next time I am in the area.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home from the south of England to Manchester. I ordered meals and drinks, but the drinks were flat. I exchanged them, but they were flat again. Tried exchanging them again, but they were flat once more. I didn't bother trying to get more drinks. The two whoppers I ordered were cold in the middle, so I took them back. The replacements were rubbery. Lesson learned. The service was slow as well. I won't be returning to this restaurant. I'll stick to M&S services from now on.

The burger was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. I am looking forward to coming back again next week. I can't wait for Saturday when I can have my XL burger again.

We actually were only going to stop for a comfort break but then decided to have some lunch. There are a number of fast food outlet restaurants at Keele. We decided to go with Burger King. It is situated over the carriageway of the wasn't noisy. We ordered at the counter and the food arrived promply as you would expect. My bacon double cheeseburger XL was a good size, hot and tasty with plenty of fries. For a change I chose a hot chocolate for my drink and that was very nice. There is plenty of seating and the tables were kept clear and wiped down regularly. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Although not a great fan of fast food I would return again.
