Food isn't great. Its okay in a pinch, being vegan there isn't a lot of places to choose from when you don't have time to cook, its super overpriced compared to a vegan cafe I go to in Sunderland and the food is much lower quality. The consistency of the food is terrible, I bought the same thing I had before and it was inedible due to how spicy it was, despite nothing in the description saying it was spicy. For this... Not totally vegan/vegetarian myself, but places I can go to eat healthy seem to be few and far between. The food and service were excellent and spot on for my dietary needs.
