The place looks old and tired carpet on the stairs was absolutely filthy, the rooms were also tired carpet really stained bathroom looked clean but shower was covered in hairs, beds were comfortable though. Breakfast was sparse only cereal, that or yogurt juice was cheap, 2 hot options omelette or full English my omelette was swimming in grease and looked a mess, full English was just thrown on the plate beans covered everything, the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted disgusting couldn't drink it.

Simple but somehow totally nice and authentic. I liked staying there even though the rooms are basic. Sort of a nice hotel fits the area

My son's wedding reception was held here and the staff were excellent and the food arrived at every table promptly. The food was delicious and people with allergies were catered for. A very enjoyable experience. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
