Papa Johns Pizza - Newcastle

Very dissapointed by the product. I ordered a pizza with original crust but instead I got thin. Although that doesn't seem important, the result was a hard, dry crust with minimal fluff. For this price I expect better. The employees were very nice though. Honestly the main reason I didnt call and complain was because I didnt want to bother them while they were likely busy with other orders

We had takeout on Thursday and it was okay. On Friday night Sharon rocked it!!!!! The best pizza and cheese sticks and papadillas. She hooked it up. Will go back. Quality is amazing. She is better than the guy on Thursday. Sorry. But true.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This older guy around 1:07pm 5/31/23 would not give me my order and held it hostage because I didn’t tip enough. He had mostly grey hair. Please hire people who actually care about their job and not people looking to make easy money. Thanks.
