Absolutely the worst pizza experience of my life. The sign on the door says ?Veteran Owned? well the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the service provided at their establishment. Get your pizza elsewhere if you actually want to eat.
I ordered pizza and asked for it to be delivered they said it would be 45 to 55 min. After 1 hr and 15 min I called them and was told I didn't make any order. I was passed because I had already paid. I called back and they found my order but they haven'tmade it because they are 3 hrs behind. That was my first and last time dealing with Papa Johns
Pizza is pizza, right? But then you try the pepperoni stuffed crust from this pizzeria, and it takes everything to another level! The young lady who served us was incredibly friendly and helpful, with a fantastic sense of humor. Someone should really grab her before she gets snatched up by Papa John's! I'm usually a fan of pizza as long as the crust isn't crunchy, and this was just perfect! Even though my pizza was supposed to have Alfredo sauce without tomatoes and didn’t quite match that, I didn’t complain because it was so delicious and cooked to perfection. I definitely don’t blame the young lady for that mix-up. My friend and I had a great time joking around with her! So yes, if I'm ever back in the area, you can bet I’ll be visiting again. If you're nearby, what are you waiting for? You know you want that pepperoni stuffed crust!
I'm really frustrated with Papa John's. My order was completely incorrect, and the pizza had almost no sauce. I spent $75 and ended up only eating the breadsticks. I tried calling for help, but no one answered the phone. I don't want to hear excuses about staffing since there were six people working.
The employees were incredibly rude and clearly lack basic customer service skills. I ordered a pappadia with BBQ chicken, extra onions, and no cheese, but the unhelpful staff couldn't accommodate my request! I've ordered the same thing at the Newcastle location before without any issues!
