This place used to be decent. Fresh meal cooked right. Now the chicken is nothing but grizzle. The employees didn?t wear gloves and the 25 minutes it took for them to cook five wings for me all three employees were in and out of the bathroom multiple times. This will be the last time I ever go to Wingstop. They put so much salt on the french fries that they were not edible, this is coming from someone who enjoys salt very much. It was like they took the fries out of the fryer and threw them in a bag of salt. It?s a real shame that this store declined so much.

Good was good, the wait was longer than they targeted. Said 16-21 minutes for food to be ready. Too much longer than that. When I walked in, told the clerk I was there for pick, he looked for my order and then just skipped over coming back to let me know the status. Just helped the next person and never let me know how long the wait was or how much longer it would be. Just kept it moving.

My experience here the few times i?ve came has been the worst. The only reason I keep ordering is because it?s the closest WS to me. They take terribly long each time I order. They?re always just standing in the back not helping the people that come in and have gotten my order wrong 4 times. No way i?m coming back.

Finally tried wing stop for the first time today. I got bbq, hawaiian, and Cajun wings. Also got a Korean chicken sandwich and garlic parm boneless wings. All the food was delicious and they have the best ranch !! However I?m only giving a 3 star reviewbecause I placed an online order an hour ahead of time and I still had to wait 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There wasonly 2 people working the kitchen when I got there and they weren?t tuned into who was waiting. Their manager must have shown upand once he was there the orders started coming out. I?ll definitely go back and hopefully the service will be better.

After seeing all the social media hype about their chicken sandwiches, I decided to go out of my way to the Newburgh Wingstop since it was the closest one to me. We ordered an atomic chicken sandwich combo w/ lemon pepper fries, 5 piece atomic wings, and 3 piece Cajun tenders w/ regular fries. Kayley, who taking my order must 've been high off Xanax or something, because shereally could not comprehend what I thought was a simple order, even after just reading off everything slowly back to hermultiple times. She really looked like she was about fall asleep at any minute and due to her multiple mistakes (Placing in anorder of 10 wings instead of 5, overcharging me), another employee had to rectify the issues and voided the previoustransaction, which I 'm glad he did as I don 't believe Kayley would 've gone though that. Wingstop 's slogan is Well worth thewait , and trust me you will be waiting. After placing the order, it took well over 30 minutes. They seemed to have enoughstaff, but I noticed some of them sitting around on their phones not helping their team. Other reviews also pointed out thatnone of the kitchen staff wore gloves, and it was the case for me as well. Given my experience with Kayley, I wouldn 't trust hertouching my food BARE HANDED. 1 eternity later, the food was finally ready. The food itself was pretty decent. The atomicchicken sandwich was pretty good and had a good amount of atomic sauce. However, I did feel like the spice was over hyped. I wasexpecting spice levels similar to the Blazin ' Wings offered at Buffalo Wild Wings (Which are extremely spicy), but the spice inthe sandwich was satisfactory and a little sweet at times. If I had to give the sandwich a rating, it 'd be a 8/10. The lemonpepper fries were really good as well, and their ranch is probably the best ranch I 've had from any establishment. The wings, what they 're supposedly known for, fell flat. Tiny, gutless pieces with a little bit of atomic sauce and not enough meat
