I should have listened to the reviews. First of all I don?t normally eat out but for some reason I was craving some wings. I went there and after I ordered I waited an hour before receiving the food. The workers don?t wear gloves or mask and one was sneezing the whole time. I really should have paid more attention to the reviews. I don’t typically eat out, but I had a sudden craving for wings. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I ended up waiting an hour to get my food. I noticed that the staff weren't wearing gloves or masks, and one of them was sneezing repeatedly. When my food finally arrived, it was overwhelmingly salty—like they had just cooked the chicken and dumped a bunch of seasoning on it. All I could taste was the seasoning. I actually got sick from it; this has to be the worst food I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back!
The wings are tasty, but communication regarding the status of my order could be improved. The app notified me that my wings were ready, but I had to wait an extra 10 minutes.
The wings here are fantastic, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I tried the Korean BBQ and mango habanero, both of which were excellent. My grandson had the original hot flavor, and he enjoyed it as well. The staff were friendly and quick to serve. Overall, a great experience!
This place used to be decent. Fresh meal cooked right. Now the chicken is nothing but grizzle. The employees didn?t wear gloves and the 25 minutes it took for them to cook five wings for me all three employees were in and out of the bathroom multiple times. This will be the last time I ever go to Wingstop. They put so much salt on the french fries that they were not edible, this is coming from someone who enjoys salt very much. It was like they took the fries out of the fryer and threw them in a bag of salt. It?s a real shame that this store declined so much.
Good was good, the wait was longer than they targeted. Said 16-21 minutes for food to be ready. Too much longer than that. When I walked in, told the clerk I was there for pick, he looked for my order and then just skipped over coming back to let me know the status. Just helped the next person and never let me know how long the wait was or how much longer it would be. Just kept it moving.
