I have been highly impressed with the staff and products at the “OLD BUTCHER SHOPPE” since it opened. I was a loyal patron of Randy Pierson’s butcher shop and was prepared to be disappointed. But I have instead been well pleased! The Old Butcher Shoppe SMOKES THEIR OWN HAMS AND TURKEY BREASTS. They are delicious!! This was my first time stopping in since it changed from rivertown butcher shop. They didn 't have nearly the selection as rivertown. Maybe half as much stuff at best. Was disappointed in the selection of brats they only had 2 kinds. Rivertown always had several different flavors to choose from. Loved the smoke meat did not care for sauce will order ribs just dry rub and smoke chicken great burnt ends good
