When I went to ask for a correction, they re... read more I am 8 months pregnant and ordered a warm Baja bowl with chicken. However, I received a Mediterranean bowl instead. When I went to ask for a correction, they removed the olives, kidney beans, and corn from the first order (but kept the feta cheese) and added four pieces of fatty sandwich meat on top. When I requested a new bowl, I was told they were custom making each one. I eat at Panera weekly in NYC and have never had such a disappointing experience with both the food and the service. I will never return to this restaurant.
