Little Caesars Pizza - Newburgh

I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my meal after being initially told it would only take 15 minutes. I later found out that they had forgotten to notify me when my food was ready. It was nearly time for me to go back to work by the time I finally received my food! This was the first time I experienced any issues at this restaurant. Overall, they are usually fast and the food is good.

I always order using this online platform. My food usually arrives within about 25 minutes and they have never made any mistakes with my orders. Customer service could be improved.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! The older man who appeared to be the manager was extremely unhelpful. I had ordered my lunch online and received a message that it was ready, along with a confirmation code. When I arrived to pick it up, my order totalled $51 and some change. However, the manager claimed they never received my order and refused to do anything about it, claiming his hands were tied. I have been trying to get a refund for a week now, with no success. I never got my lunch and have not received my money back. I feel like I was robbed! This is the worst place I have ever been to and I will never go back.

Not very clean inside and the employees look unnoticed. many surfaces that can use a shrub down. we are in a pandemic, the front door should not look too dirty to touch. if I get my pizza, it won't be cut through!

Batman calzone was very good it also comes with three pictures from the movie when you purchase the calzone of Batman Little Caesar has gotten better over the years when I first want them. They were horrible but they are good now
