I wanted to share my experience, but after waiting for about 12 minutes at the cashier for someone to take my order or even greet me, I had to leave and eat elsewhere. The manager seemed preoccupied with reprimanding an employee, making me feel uncomfortable. I couldn't bear to witness the unpleasant atmosphere and decided to order food from a different place. The Famous Bowl potato bowl was delicious! However, the macaroni had some strange ingredients in it and burnt pieces.
We ordered the Fill Up Box from KFC, choosing 2 Classic Ranch, 1 Honey Mustard, 1 Honey BBQ, 4 Honey Sauce, and a small Cole Slaw. However, we received 1 Classic Ranch, 1 Buffalo Ranch, 1 Honey BBQ, 1 Honey Mustard, and NO Honey Sauce. The chicken (extra crispy) was overcooked and dry, and the Cole Slaw lacked flavor. We were very disappointed with our meal and unsure if we will order from KFC again.

I ordered the 12-piece meal but only received 8 pieces of cold chicken. (I live 5 minutes from KFC). The mashed potatoes were watery and the gravy was overly salty.
