When someone finally did, th... read more This restaurant felt disorganized and chaotic. I stood at the front of the line for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally did, they took my order in a haphazard manner, and I never really managed to place a complete order. At that point, I was just eager to get my food and leave. The chicken fingers I received were so small that they resembled pinky fingers. To make matters worse, there was no butter or honey with my biscuits, and I had no intention of dealing with that issue. Having worked in fast food for years, including at KFC, I understand the challenges, but I've never encountered a kitchen that looked like this.

The breadi... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. During my most recent visit, the chicken I ordered was incredibly dry, resembling dehydrated meat! The breading was too dark, and the skin felt tough, making me suspect it was old. The macaroni and cheese also tasted stale, with some of the noodles being dark and hard. On top of that, the biscuits have been undercooked on my last few visits. The staff was consistently rude from the moment I walked in, and they never made me feel welcome while I was placing my order. Usually, I place my order inside since I expect to wait regardless. If it weren't for my mother's request for KFC, I wouldn't even think about ordering from this location again.

Ho... read more I ordered the original style breast and wings, and while they weren't dry, they were a bit oily—possibly because the oil used for frying the chicken was old. However, their slaw remains the best I've had for fast food dining, and the baskets are incredibly tender and delicious.
