Old chicken was given thru drive thru. I knew I should’ve checked before I drive off. Too bad I needed to be somewhere right after or else I would’ve walked in... read more Old chicken was given thru drive thru. I knew I should’ve checked before I drive off. Too bad I needed to be somewhere right after or else I would’ve walked in and asked for fresh chicken. Like cmon now….. and it was lukewarm. Also waited out front for “fresh fries” which were actually also lukewarm. Best thing about my meal was the Pepsi.

When someone finally did, th... read more This restaurant felt disorganized and chaotic. I stood at the front of the line for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally did, they took my order in a haphazard manner, and I never really managed to place a complete order. At that point, I was just eager to get my food and leave. The chicken fingers I received were so small that they resembled pinky fingers. To make matters worse, there was no butter or honey with my biscuits, and I had no intention of dealing with that issue. Having worked in fast food for years, including at KFC, I understand the challenges, but I've never encountered a kitchen that looked like this.
