The service is terrible. The food is good, which is why I kept coming back until yesterday, but they almost never offer dining-in options, even for just one person. I've been ordering from this place for over a year, at least four times a month, and I've only asked to eat there twice. When you call to place an order, they answer the phone as if it's a chore, almost like they're doing you a favor. It's a real shame because the food is genuinely delicious, but good service is just as important.
The service I received was absolutely terrible. The elderly woman who answers the phone is particularly unhelpful. I tried to speak to her politely, but she was very rude. I will definitely not be ordering from here again!
Great huaraches real authentic that the only thing I eat from here also the beef and tripe soup
Good Mexican dining left so full and satisfied. Wallet was full as well even after we left.
Tucked in Newburgh, this family-run Mexican eatery serves authentic, homemade dishes—sopes, tacos and rich horchata—at bargain prices and generous portions. Diners praise bold, traditional flavors and a warm, welcoming vibe, though service is uneven: phone staff can be rude, delivery unreliable, and card payments sometimes incur surprising surcharges or tax issues. The neighborhood feels rough at times and items like al pastor or guacamole may be intermittently unavailable, but for affordable, true Mexican cooking in the Hudson Valley it remains a local favorite.

One of the best mexican restaurants around the Hudson Valley. Great food for a affordable price. Since I moved to Newburgh this is one of the places I like to dine in. If you want real mexican food this is a great place to try out. You won't bedisappointed.
Comida muy mexicana. Very authentic Mexican food. The Caldo brims with flavor. Be sure to squeeze the lime into it with the cilantro and onions. $2 is too much for the extra toppings on the tacos. $1 might work.
Service was horrible. Woman didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to dine in. Food was bland. Just had 2 steak tacos. Guacamole wasn't available bc the price is too high for avocados. Go figure. A huge disappointment.
OMG this place is amazing the food is always great. It 's even better than the taco truck way more options on the tacos. Downfall...they never seem to have Al Pastor. The horchata is really good. Nice large family dishes, and try to pay cash becauseno matter what you buy they charge close to $3 in tax for using the card.
This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Hudson Valley. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Since moving to Newburgh, this has become one of my favorite spots. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the perfect place to visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Wow, this place is fantastic! The food is consistently delicious and even surpasses the taco truck, offering a much greater variety of taco options. The only downside is that they never seem to have Al Pastor available. The horchata is exceptional as well. They have generous family-sized dishes, but I recommend paying with cash since they add nearly $3 in 'tax' for card transactions, regardless of what you order.
Fantastic food! Wonderful family owned, dining establishment. Homemade food from scratch, made with lots of love, from family recipes passed down for many generations.
If I could give this place more stars, I definitely would! I absolutely love it. The food is fantastic and the service is exceptional. While it is on the pricier side compared to other restaurants in the area, the quality of the food is so good that I can’t even complain about the prices. Everything is fresh, and the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance that really makes you feel like you’re dining in Mexico. The location isn’t the best, as it’s next to the Orange County DMV and near a deli where there seems to be some drug use, so be cautious if you're unfamiliar with the area. Aside from that, I highly recommend it!
Juarez offers delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine at an excellent value. What I love most about Juarez is the warm and welcoming people. I highly recommend trying the chorizo sopes from their menu—they are absolutely delicious!
Juarez is my favorite restaurant by far. Among all the places I know, this is the one I choose the most. I never pass up a chance to eat here. Whenever I’m looking for a special dining experience, this restaurant is always my first thought. The food is outstanding, offering a diverse selection and an extensive menu. The staff is extremely kind and fosters a wonderful atmosphere. Plus, the prices are very fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends without any hesitation.
