One of the finest dining experiences I've ever had. Cold Antipasto: Dried meats, mushrooms, aged cheese, deliciously prepared lentils, marinated tomatoes... excellent. Then there was the sweetbreads appetizer, absolutely off the charts. My wife had pastaBolognese, and I had the Squid ink fettuccine with seafood, again, excellent. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Our newfavorite restaurant.
I had one of the most exquisite culinary experiences I've ever encountered. The cold antipasto was outstanding, featuring dried meats, mushrooms, aged cheese, and wonderfully prepared lentils, along with marinated tomatoes—everything was excellent. The sweetbreads appetizer was absolutely top-notch. My wife enjoyed the Pasta Bolognese, while I indulged in the squid ink fettuccine with seafood, which was exceptional once again. The service was attentive without being overbearing. We’ve definitely found our new favorite restaurant.
