I have been going here for awhile and not a bad experience when it's the weekend. We got there around 5:45 and around 6:05 or so had to walk out. The young ladies there totally ignored us like we weren't even there. Not even a drink of water or I will be right there. Told the girl at the front and she was like ok. Going to stay away from going on the weekends. Service: 1

Started with... read more Let me start by saying I have been a Customer since they have opened . We went for Dinner the other night and it was not a good experience at all . Started with waiting awhile for a waitress to come over just to get our drink order . I asked for an order of mozzarella sticks, and I asked for the bubble bread with a certain dip we like . The waitress claimed I could not get the bubble bread by itself. I would have to order the sharing plank and that they no longer had that garlic aïoli dip. We have always gotten a side of bubble bread with that dip and they just charge us. I didn’t say anything. I ordered the sharing plank so that I could get this bubble bread. When she brought out the mozzarella sticks, they were cold and the sharing plank the prosciutto was dry and salami was brown . I asked her to bring me a plate that I could put them on because obviously I was not going to eat them and maybe she could substitute with more olives and cheese not only did I not get the plate but I didn’t get any substitutions . The manager/owner came over , even though I didn’t ask for one and did bring the garlic aïoli sauce but unfortunately that too was cold. We never received refills and not once did she come over to just check on us to see if we needed anything or asked if we wanted dessert . just dropped the bill .The waitress had taken the sharing plank away when the pizza came and I was assuming she was wrapping it up . When she brought the box for the pizza I asked where the sharing plank leftovers were and she claimed “oh I threw them away“ . Unbelievable. I was not happy with that . She must have spoken with the manager/owner, because he took off ONLY HALF the price of the sharing plank. Mind you I had two pieces of cheese and one olive that was it because the pizza came out so quick (she obviously put everything in together instead of the appetizers first and then the meal) so I basically paid for that sharing plank and could bring nothing home .The right thing to do would’ve been to take the entire item off the bill. I noticed the staff is very young and most likely inexperienced and that could be one of its problems in itself. Not the first time I witnessed them incessantly talking instead of working . I don’t know what was going on with the kitchen staff because cold and old food is not acceptable. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Small downside, super confusing place, people screaming, I couldn't have stayed there. Came here today with a g... read more Most likely will not be returning which is disappointing. I used to love coming here with my friends for brunch and having a good time. Came here today with a group of friends, and had to return our food twice. The calamari was tasteless and chewy, the BEC barely had bacon or eggs and was served on a sub. Not wanting there to be any issues, we just kept the rest of our food; however, our pizza was burnt, and the steak and eggs were overcooked. The rest of the food wasn’t too bad, but I can only recommend the French fries, mac cheese balls, and water lol. It was also clear our server didn’t seem to want to serve us, and the host had a horrible attitude. We could’ve just went to Chili’s or Dennys. 3/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
