The Mobile Order wasn't well marked, but the location was clean and not packed when I walked in.
I like this new friendly staff and management by Rich. This is my favorite Dunkin and it?s better than others in the area because they?re quick, nice, and get my order correctly every time.
The food is consistently incorrect, and the staff, who are quite young, appear to be uninterested in taking or fulfilling orders. I had to wait in line again because my order was wrong, and the front doors were locked as well. They really need to consider hiring new employees or shutting down completely. I'm very disappointed.
Overall, it was a quite enjoyable experience. They really aim to provide quick service, almost as if they were in a race!
The welcome was decent, but after I placed my order, they just asked me to drive up to the window without giving me a total. It's a small matter, but if that’s how they’re trained, I think it needs to be improved.
