The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, and they maintain a high level of professionalism. Additionally, the location is convenient for the neighborhood and has a reasonably sized parking lot.

There were three employees on du... read more I visited Dunkin at the corner of 300 and 32 in Newburgh on a Wednesday morning around 10 am, and I was impressed by the staff. There were three employees on duty, and all of them were fantastic—quick and friendly, which is often hard to find in coffee shops and convenience stores. They truly made my morning special. Thank you, Dunkin!

I feel sorry for the new girl who was working alone and seemed unfamiliar with the register and the iced coffee machine. Despite being clearly unprepared for a solo evening shift with no proper training, she remained cheerful and professional. I’m giving 1 star for the poor treatment of employees, 3 stars for the decent coffee quality, but 5 stars for this new employee who kept her cool and did an amazing job under pressure. Keep up the great work!

However, t... read more My experience at this restaurant was disappointing from start to finish. The bagel was poorly prepared, coated in too much butter and incredibly dry. However, the most frustrating part was the staff. My son and I sat in to eat, but the employees seemed uninterested and lazy. It was difficult to get anyone to take our order. I overheard them complaining about customers, particularly disparaging remarks about those who used curbside pickup. They griped that people should get out of their cars, implying that the pandemic is no longer an excuse for not delivering food. Their lack of professionalism really tainted the experience. I had hoped that things might have improved since my previous visit, but sadly, that was not the case. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I drink my coffee black, and it's so bad that I have to add sugar and creamer just to make it palatable. This isn’t an issue with the coffee itself or with Dunkin' in general, as I've had perfectly fine coffee from other locations. It seems to be specific to this one. I recommend driving an extra two or three miles to find a better spot—this place isn't worth your money.
