The staff is professional and friendly, always prioritizing the needs of the customer. The meals are prepared fresh, and if you order ahead, there are no long wait times. They follow mask and social distancing protocols diligently. My only complaint is that it takes a long time for them to answer the phone!

When they have it, their... read more As a New Jersey native, I've found it difficult to find Taylor ham up here, but Downtown Bagels offers fantastic Taylor ham sandwiches. When they have it, their chicken noodle soup is also excellent! I've been eager to explore other items on their menu, but the few things I've ordered are so delicious that I just can’t resist getting them again. The bagels are amazing too, but they tend to sell out quickly!
