nothing bad. the bagels are very good, little messy but still good. pretty easy 5 stars, I can't think of anything bad to say about this. highly recommend if you're on the road on 9W View all feedback.

I had a bad experience, roast beef was bad, macaroni salad was not done. People are friendly though.
