I am from the area, but currently live down South. When I come up for a visit, the waterfront is a go-to spot to grab dinner with my pops. We have been here twice before. We returned as a result of the great food and pleasant service. Tonight 's visit left me with a bad taste in my mouth- not from the food, but from the rude and impatient gentleman waiting our table. Went here for my birthday, atmosphere was very warm and view of the Hudson River and bridge are gorgeous. The food was delicious, calamari is a must.
Absolutely THE best restaurant in the Hudson valley. Pasta is excellent and the service is top notch.

His visible discomfort, flickering of lights, and obnoxious skipping of music was not what I expected. Especially since we had ordered desert with an hour from close. I 'm so disappointed
Good food, high prices though. The service is spotty- sometimes good, sometimes awful.
