We went to KFC in Newbridge on 30/07/21 to celebrate my dad's birthday and spent €72. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the gravy had leaked out as it was not wrapped properly. We had to throw everything away. I called KFC to explain what happened to the manager, Ricardo, who was very rude to me. He told me to go away and said disrespectful things about Irish people. The place is very dirty service was dreadful food order was wrong staff were argumentative refused to give me my proper order.very disappointed will never eat here again.
