Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Went on a Sunday at prime-time lunchtime. The parking lot was full and they were slammed, but they still had our food ready on time. Order was correct and the staff was friendly.

This place was crazy busy, but the service and food were fresh and outstanding. The general manager Kiki and her family came in and dined while we were there. Everyone received the excellent service as they did.

Zaxby's refused to honor a coupon for a free big Zax snack..and I had the correct code on the receipt..

Got here at opening time ,drive thru said not ready to take orders. If you open at a specific time you should be prepared to handle your orders. There should be enough employees to do the jo b.

Always waiting 10-15 minutes for my order. After they inform me that it's ready.... Nothing else to say.
