Taco Bell - Newberry

Great service clean dining room reads staff. Above average for fast food.

I've been getting into the new Beere Taco Bell for about 3 years, and it was more than on because they always get my order wrong or leave something out. And I mean ALWAYS!! But they were very good lately! Will the order correct the first time, and people are very polite. I don't know if it's new management or what, but they do A LOT better.

Placed a mobile order at 9:30 in the morning to be picked up at 12:00 p.m. (put in the time a little earlier than needed to give them a few minutes since it was a larger order) Arrived at 12:20 and they claimed to have just started it due to an influx of mobile orders. I worked in restaurants so I understand kitchens can get backed up, but they should be doing the order that arrived first. We did not have time to wait which is why I placed the order so had to leave. Very frustrated as this isn 't the first problem I 've had with this Taco Bell and I doubt it will be the last.

The current staff has been very nice and accommodating. The food has also been better, until tonight I was eating my burrito and bit into a piece of plastic. Not cool Taco Bell.....

Took 20 mins for us to be able to order. We were advised it would be another 20-30 before we got food so we left. Says Dine in, come on in! But dine in is not available. This is not a staff problem, it 's a management problem. They need to provide staff with more help
