Pizza Hut - Newberry

We was in the area and we decided to stop here to eat. The employees were very helpful, patient and polite. I've never been in a pizza hut this big. Looks nice inside and even had my guy Bob Ross on the TV. Service was great but for me wanting pizza hut so long and getting what we got, I didn't enjoy the pizza. The cheese on the pizza was coming off as you bit it but, it wasn't long before the pizza was stiff. Idk why the pizza got stiff like that but, I surely didn't like it and I guess it will be a lil longer before I get pizza hut again.

I was very happy with both times we bought pizza there. It is an asset to the community .

Only 2 people working. 1 cooking, 1 serving. Made for slow service and food. Food was slightly over cooked.

Traci has very good customer service skills. She went above and beyond for me. She is greatly appreciated.

Pizza hut newberry has gone down hill.i called my order in ,I went to pick up.i waited for at least 30 or 45 min.an still was not ready.after full filling other orders I was told the rn out of doe.they have to manypeople running the restaurant an it's not organized. This is my last trip to pizza hut
