The staff was extremely professional, and the service was impeccable. The food was freshly prepared, and the flavors exceeded my expectations.
The customer service is very disappointing, and there seems to be a lack of proper supervision from the manager. The young staff members do not seem to take their responsibilities seriously when it comes to handling food.

This Newberry location is fantastic! My wife and I are excited to share with readers and fellow customers that the morning shift is outstanding. My food was delicious, and the woman at the window, who is also the manager, provided excellent customer service with a cheerful attitude. The service was quick and efficient, and overall, this dining experience was absolutely wonderful. Keep up the great work, and let's make sure the staff continues to deliver, because most restaurants around here can't compare to this one!
