What Anas Hammoudeh doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Three days ago, we visited Busch Gardens theme park and then decided to stop by the nearest Dairy Queen for a drive-thru order. I was eager to try the new Snickers Blizzard since I'm a big fan of their blizzards. Unfortunately, after placing our order and paying, we were asked to pull to the side and wait. We ended up waiting about 12 minutes before the staff member brought our order to us. As we hurried back to Gain... View all feedback.
I always go through the drive thru. Good fast service. Usually three chicken strips and a shake! Always good!!

The staff is friendly, but the downside is their incredibly slow service, especially since the inside is closed. I've only tried the ice cream here, but it's always been made correctly each time.
After spending some time outside in the heat, we decided to cool off with some ice cream from Dairy Queen. The young woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and made us feel valued. We quickly received one blizzard, one milkshake, three cones, and one dilly bar, and all six of us left happy. I noticed the people ahead of us ordering lunch, and one of the salads looked really appealing—something I wouldn't normally expect from a DQ. I mentioned it to the cashier, who lit up with pride and shared that she only serves fresh ingredients. Our visit was enjoyable; the friendly service and everything we ordered was fantastic. It brought back memories of my childhood visits to DQ in the 1970s. Thank you for that delightful experience! Just a note: when it comes to ice cream, if you're not wearing it, you're not enjoying it!

We ended up waiting about 12 minutes before the staff member brought our order to us. As we hurried back to Gainesville, I was disappointed to find that my Blizzard had completely melted. It was mostly liquid, and I really didn't enjoy it at all. This experience left me feeling let down and with a sour taste in my mouth.
