I ordered an oyster poor boy which comes with six oysters on it. And because the first time I ordered it it was a little bit less oyster than necessary, I ordered an entire side of six oysters extra to go on my Po Boy the next time. I can’t believe there are so many raving reviews. BOTS or friends I assume because this place was like a bad fast food store. They have bad food it’s very expensive. Staff was pleasant courteous. We ordered fried oyster FF chicken tender FF. The bill was 32.00. I took one bite of the oysters knew immediately they were rotten. Told the staff threw them away. Been sick all the next day with food poisoning. Don’t waste your health, time or money. Even the curb parking lot were filled with trash dirty diapers all over. We should have known before we walked through the door.

My family and I used to come here for months, and never had any problems. We had several different people taking our orders before, but nothing was as bad as the one today. First of all, you could barely even hear her. Second of all, after we placed our order, she stood there for like 5 minutes trying to figure out how to order it. And it’s fine, I get that people could be new or learning, but why not ask us again to repeat our order or something? Anyways, we left and after 20 mins came back to pick it up, just for her to tell us that she didn’t charge us for extra things. So we’re like ok, charge us and she did. And now we have to wait longer again? When she could’ve just did it either right the first time or ASKED us to repeat it again. The moment she was taking forever to put the order in, I knew it was gonna be wrong. And it was. Then when we finally got our order after 40 mins of waiting, it doesn’t look right, she picked all the wrong seasonings and things? Like she completely ignored what we ordered, and put her own different order in instead of asking us. And we asked for extra stuff, and we’ve done this before and it comes in different containers, and instead everything was just in one container so we knew it was wrong. At this point we’re just annoyed bc it’s like talking to a wall trying to explain to her what we want and what’s wrong. I couldn’t take it anymore, and my husband had to go in and explain to her that all the seasonings were wrong and the order doesn’t look right. And I’m really not trying to be mean, but she looked like a deer in the headlights and just mumbling like nonsense? Like she couldn’t explain anything besides “yeah, yeah”. Like she wasn’t helpful at all. We just ended up walking out with what we had because I couldn’t spend another minute explaining things to her and for her to not understand. I don’t know if she was new or what, but she wasn’t trained enough and her customer service skills were so horrendous, we couldn’t even communicate with her right. And the food ended up wrong and we paid almost $100. We’ve been at this restaraunt so many times, but this is just unacceptable.

I feel like it came from a nation that was very cheap. I don't understand why every customer cannot be treated the same no matter what they order. No matter what you try to do to get an oyster po-boy. It's not happening here. And I asked if there was remoulade and I was looked at cross-eyed.
