I had the hamburger and fries, and they were fantastic. I also ordered fried okra, which was delicious. My husband got chili, white beans, and cornbread, and he said it was good as well. The cornbread was the hot water variety and had a nice flat texture; it was great. I noticed they were playing dominoes in the back, creating a lively atmosphere. View all feedback.
What Art Anderson doesn't like about City Cafe:
The burgers have become noticeably drier lately. I stopped going for a couple of years but decided to try them again recently. Unfortunately, they are still dry. View all feedback.
A wholesome down to earth cafe with bar stools. We need something like that in our home town. I only know of one but we need a restaurant with bar stools in our town that serves good burgers too. Nana's Cafe was good.
Pizza was the worst I have ever bought at a restaurant. Sure ant like Papa's Pizza was and I miss it!
