I ordered a sandwich online through DoorDash, and it was quite disappointing. There were hardly any toppings on it, so I had to add some ingredients from my own kitchen, but it still didn't taste good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—go to Jersey Mike's instead.
I didn't receive any mayo or the correct type of bread for my sub. I attempted to file a complaint through Uber Eats but was unable to do so. I won't be ordering from there again and I wouldn't recommend it.
It's surprising that it takes over 40 minutes to prepare two simple sandwiches.
Worst sandwiches we've ever had. Spent $42 on an online order, and none of the sandwiches had the ingredients we requested. The toppings were extremely sparse, and some of the vegetables looked like they had been picked up off the floor. We paid extra for cheese but got only half the usual amount, and paid for avocado but didn’t get any. There was no mayo or mustard, but every sandwich had some kind of sweet sauce that we couldn’t identify. We tried calling to fix the order, but no one answered. In the end, we had to throw away most of the five sandwiches. We’ve been coming to this Subway for nearly five years, but after the last two visits, I won’t be eating here again.
Our order included 2 club salads. The male waiting on us stacked the slices of sandwich meat on top of the vegetables rather than cutting it up, as has always been the practice. When questioned, he stated they no longer do this. Very difficult to eatthis way while on the go. Very poor service!!
