Deux - Newberg

Absolutely the best personalities... hesitating to say employees... we were treated like family, although it was our first visit. We'll be back again and again.

I'm a Chili Burger guy. So when my wife made reservations for a place with deux on behalf, I immediately thought it would be a very long evening. I was very surprised. The waiting staff was very patient and helped me navigate a menu that contained no terms like fried land or nuggets. I even tried something with a cale in it! Had a great time, my wife loved it and the food was excellent. We will try other things on the menu again!

I had an interesting experience here. This is certainly a small-plates type of restaurant, and I found it somewhat difficult to string a full meal together (especially for a vegetarian). Their dishes were interesting and largely well-prepared, but it felt like I was only ever having a snack. I would recommend this place more for a glass of wine and a snack, rather than a full meal.

Hands down, my favorite Oregon Wine Country Restaurant. Chef Paul's fresh and local menu is incredible, the wine list never insecures, and the service is perfect. I have gedminated several times at Recipe for lunch and dinner when I can count and can absolutely love it. Their dining room and outdoor terrace are both welcoming. I would recommend to anyone who crosses our beautiful community and to everyone and all locals who still have to experience this hidden jewel!
