We had the best pizza we've had in a long time! This was our first time ordering from Galaxy since we’re on vacation at a cottage and just Googled nearby pizza places. We’re so glad we picked Galaxy! I won't be ordering from them again. They don't seem to care about their customers. I spent $80 on cold, unappetizing pizza, and when I mentioned that there was an issue with the delivery, they just didn’t seem to care. When we called to inform them that our pizza was cold, their response was pretty much indifferent. They clearly don't value their customers. View all feedback.

We ordered a large pizza with three toppings and a butter cheese crust, and it was loaded with toppings. The crust was just perfect!
I always enjoy their pizza, and the staff are quite friendly too. A few more smiles would be great!
The restaurant is clean, and the pizza is fantastic! It's a must-try if you're in the Newaygo area!

When we called to let them know our pizza was cold, their response was lackluster. Overall, they just don't prioritize their customers.
