**Wingstop: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Wingstop in downtown Newark offers a vibrant atmosphere, with its cozy decor and convenient location. While some patrons rave about the fantastic variety of flavors and friendly service, many express disappointment over inconsistent food quality and long wait times. Dry wings and poorly seasoned fries have left several diners dissatisfied, with concerns about management and hygiene practices. Despite these issues, the welcoming staff, like the attentive Mike, continue to elevate the experience. With its popular promotions and a bustling vibe, this spot remains a go-to for wing lovers, though it may require some patience and luck for a perfect meal.

I like there locatione right here in downtown Newark there's the train, light rail ,city bus and city scooters ,there food is good not to eat everyday but you know when you need that wings fix!you can never say no to delicuse chicken wings. Owww and Mondays and Tues they have .70 cent boneless chicken but you have to buy more than 10 to start the .70 cents discount!! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Wingstop:
I ordered mild wings, but they were so dry that they barely had any flavor. I think they seasoned my cajun fries with sugar instead of salt because they tasted sweet. I ended up with sweet fries and wings, which was a disappointing combination. Overall, this entire order felt like a waste of money. View all feedback.
Stopped here for wings they told me 45 minutes to an hour that's ridiculous it's a fast food place. Should have stopped at a local place. SMH every other wing stop I've been to it's about 10 minutes tops
Came here one day because my sister was craving wings and i thought why not bring her here. the wait was a bit long but the line was long so we figured it'd take awhile for them to make. we got the small 6 Classic (Bone-In) wings with the corn, 1 ranch dip a 20oz fountain drink. i got the garlic parm the korean sauce. i think for the price it's okay but you pay extra for the corn and the wings are pretty tiny so you don't get full from it but it is a good appetizer. i really liked their sauces. would be down to come back try it again but probably will get a bigger size
DONT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP !! I went to go order in and walked right out. This is not the place to eat at. THEY ALWAYS DRUNK AT THE REGISTER AND THEY SMOKING WEED , DRINKING AND TAKING PILLS IN THE STORE AND IN THE BACKWORST WINGSTOP EVER THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
I found a seat by the window and took in the atmosphere. The place was bustling with delivery drivers coming and going, but it was still quite calm and peaceful. There were a few homeless individuals in the area, but otherwise, it felt comfortable. The parking lot was free, which was a plus. The restaurant had a cozy decor, featuring old photographs on the walls and tables, and there was plenty of space inside. I appreciated that I could serve my own fountain drinks. I ordered lemon pepper and garlic wings, not realizing they would be dry rub, but I wasn’t bothered by it. I was actually pleased with my choice. The staff was friendly, making it a great place to relax and chat with someone. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there.
The wings here are fantastic, with a huge variety of flavors to choose from! Unfortunately, my experience started off a bit poorly because I waited at the counter for over five minutes while the girl behind it chatted with another customer without acknowledging me. Fortunately, Mike from the kitchen came out and kindly asked if I had been helped. He took my order quickly, and after I prepaid, he brought my food out in less than five minutes, apologizing for the delay caused by the front counter staff. Overall, the wings were worth it!
