Wendy's Restaurant - Newark

They made my order wrong. I spoke to a manager about the phone that advised me to come back and they would certainly give me the right order and a coffee. I returned and received a completely different breakfast sandwich than what the manager assured me I would get. it was not free, it cost my time, gas, which money. just to deliberately something else than what I ordered, and what I paid. the customer service skills and operational practices of newark wendy on the jumpfield avenue must be improved immediately. I just heard how great her new breakfast line is. I regret trying. will not happen again.

Great burger and pommes. with good things comes with overcrowded drive in and in the dinning. the prices are somewhat high and the service is ok.

Almost every Wendy's location in New Jersey does not have the option to go inside the lobby and get your food.The ones that do surprisingly have average customer service at the counter.If you must go through the drive thru though, you will be irritated as the staff knowingly knows you have to wait and cannot confront them about lackadaisical movement from a bunch of young people on staff.That is when customer service at a lot of New Jersey Wendy's locations goes, literally, out the drive thru window.

I cant count how many times i've ordered my taco salad and they have always forgot my salad and one time they even forgot the salad and the chips and only got my drink and chili sauce alone with crackers. Its so annoying. One time I called personally prior to pickup to make sure they didnt forget and still did.

The customer service was terrible, lady has mixed my whole order. waste of food and money. everything was spicy. very disappointed
