Wow. What a jewel. I came to lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the portions and the items (travel and tea) that came with the lunch menu. You order your food by QR code, and I choose the beef soup, mild spices, with rice and black tea. The black tea is sweet and chilled. That was a beautiful contrast to the hot soup. For soup they have a soup bowl on a box that has a heating element. As you eat your soup gets h... View all feedback.

It’s perfect for the rainy day. We been here many times since opening. Taste still good and yummy. Most of the time we order Lamb hot soup and Beef hot soup with Taiwanese supreme spicy hot soup base. Service is quick and friendly.
Came on a Friday at 5pm just as they opened knowing it would get busy. You have to order using a QR code through your phone. Once that's done meal came out quick and hot. Perfect for a cold November evening. Finding a parking spot might be tricky with so many other establishment in the same mall.
I think one time is enough. I'd rather have traditional hot pot style. Mostly vegetables, fish cake, and noodles/rice. Beef/crab is meh quality. Looks amazing though.

There are so many great hot pot places in the Bay Area. Add to this the inflated prices and the only saving grace is the pot overflowing with veggies and seafood, and the convenience of location.
Portion of Taiwanese supreme spicy hot pot (no.9) is big! very authentic
