Sia Fusion Eatery - Newark

I was charged twice on my credit card for the same transaction at this restaurant. I recommend others to be cautious and review their bank statements carefully. I will not be returning to this restaurant unless they make sure to double check every transaction. My trust in them has been shaken after this incident, and they need to be more attentive and careful in the future.

Sia Fusion Eatery serves a tantalizing menu of Korean fusion cuisine. During our visit, we tried the Bulgogi plate and the Chicken Platter. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection and the soy garlic sauce added a nice touch, although we wished there was more of it. It would have been great to have a side of kimchi to complement the chicken. The fries that came with the dish were tasty but could have been improved. The Bulgogi plate was generously sized, but it was missing a key ingredient - the Gochujang sauce. Despite this, we will definitely be back to try more items from their menu.

The food was fantastic. However, the service was lacking. Overall, I am excited to dine here again in the future.

The seoul burger is amazing, they have a lot of other amazing items and I need to use a lot of restraint to not always order a seoul burger. the bulgolgi cheese steak sandwich is also amazing

I went to this restaurant this weekend with some of my friends. The environment is pretty cozy and warm. I like it. I ordered Kimbap and kimchi fried rice. The staff there is super helpful and give us additional side dishes. The food got ready very fast! I like it.
