If you come ready for airport price points, you won’t be disappointed by the high quality ingredients and attentive service. Our Cosmopolitans were strong and tart. The Niçoise salad was fresh and layered. The mac n cheese used handmade pasta with quality white cheese. The avocado toast came on hearty, crusty bread with the best green and purple side salad.Seat yourself and order off the QR code. It’s a luxurious trea... View all feedback.

Just terrible. After 20 minutes if waiting for drinks I went and asked. Very rude guy told me theyvwere working on it, waited 10 more minutes. Waited 45 minutes for butter noodles for my kid a shrimp cocktail and French dip. Not exactly difficult to make dishes. And they ask you to tip before you whe. If you get your food, it is very decent for airport food, if quite pricey. However, on my most recent visit I ordered, waited for more than an hour (you are fully charged, including tip, before you ever get anything at your table) and never got my food. Staff was uniquely unhelpful and refused to check with kitchen. I eventually had to leave because otherwise I would have missed my flight. The vendor makes it incredibly difficult to reach anyone and request a refund so I am still out my money....
Probably the only good, not counting the value for money spent, thing was quality of the food. Burger was delicious and Nicosia salad was a very good. Love the craft beer selection. It’s pricey, but that’s airport location. Service is weird. You have to scan QR code, enter personal data to pay. Doesn’t work well, because you have to wait for prolonged period to get a food order. Some previous guests told us to to inquire to the server. Then everything unfolded. The best is to enter the premise not to wait the hostess. Nobody was there to seat you. Some guests left, some seated themselves. Ambiance is standard, but be careful, floor is very slippery, specially towards the back of room

The food is mediocre, it is not bad or good. I actually liked how they didn't make things too sweet or salty. What really got me was the fact that it took 40 minutes to get our food. The place wasn't even busy. Considering this is an airport where boarding times are crucial, delay in service is critical.Food: 3/5
I'd only give this place a 2 star because the food wasn't terrible. And the ambience was decent. I ordered the French dip which the meat was nicely cooked and seasoned, not too lean or dry. The bun was also toasted with a slight crunch. I added $3 for a salad and I got a small handful of a salad. The service is non-existent. If you're in a rush (have only about an hour or so), don't come here. The food took over 45 mins to come and I only got water poured for me after 35 mins of sitting down. You get waved off when you try to flag down a server. The place was about less than half full, I don't understand how food can take this long to come out. In a busy airport such as Newark, I had expected better service (especially for the price point). The ordering system also automatically sets you to give 18% tips. Check before you pay.
