After placing my order, they vanished for 20 minutes only to return and inform me they were out of the ingredients I wanted. They also seemed unfamiliar with the contents of the dishes, so if you have allergies, don't expect any helpful answers. I wouldn’t recommend this place; it's better to just get in your car and drive five minutes to a decent restaurant nearby. However, if you're extremely tired and don't want to go out or are looking for room service, the food is acceptable.

The fi... read more Not real impressed with this place. Seems like it was a nice hotel when it first opened but has been poorly managed for quite a while and not maintained. The first room they put me in had ants in and next to the bed. Not just a couple but a lot. The second room smelled like stale smoke and cheap cleanser (and I do NOT have a very sensitive nose . The third was better so I stayed there. : The food at the restaurant is actually decent, and I'd call this a bright spot for sure. But I will say the tables and restaurant/bar floor don't feel clean. Seems like nice people work here that don't have good leadership, training or accountability.

The room was big, clean... read more Stayed here for 3 nights for a local music event- I have no complaints! Mostly business people who come here. It was quiet and friendly. The room was big, clean and pet-friendly. We brought our cat on the roadtrip with us and she loved it at this hotel. They also have a robot, I don't have pictures but it brought us toilet paper and more towels at our request. My cat loved him.
