I like the concept, OBON here in Newark is the only restaurant in the chain I have been so, others might be different, as a general sense would dictate, but here, I was three times, but every time the service is mediocret, the place was not packed to at all, and yet, it took at least half an hour to get our meal, no doubt if their business must be patient
