I had a pleasant experience here two weeks ago while traveling. Got an aperol spritz and a salad with steak added on and my husband got a burger and beer. The staff was friendly after we got their attention. Food came as described (unlike my experience at other locations in EWR). Provided water refills. No major complaints just pricey. Wow, that was terrible (food and service) and a huge demolition. they are really better off buying food on the plane.
I only had the breakfast torta, which was overpriced, but I really enjoyed it.
Service was fine. Prices were high (expected that). Entree was horrible.. believe the reviews and go elsewhere
Horrible all around- many other options in the airport to choose from so don’t waste your time or money going here. Super slow service, didn’t communicate that our order didn’t actually go through until 40min later, we were thus running late to board so they gave us our orders “to go” only to find when we got to gate that my salad was floating in oil and inedible. You have to pay at beginning and no there’s no posted phone number so couldn’t even ask for a refund.
