Jolene's Wings Beer - Newark

I ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash, and I have to say, these were the worst wings I've ever experienced. The Cajun wings had almost no seasoning and tasted like they were merely sprinkled with Tajín. The garlic parmesan wings were just basic wings dipped in Alfredo sauce—not even worth photographing. To make matters worse, all the wings were undercooked. After sampling one of each of the four flavors we ordered, we ended up tossing everything in the trash.

The wings were not crispy and lacked flavor, and I also received the wrong dipping sauces.

The onion rings were fantastic, paired with a fantastic dipping sauce, but I found the boneless wings to be quite disappointing. They had an unexpectedly sweet flavor that didn't match my expectations for wings that should have a spicy kick.

I chose this restaurant because I saw they offered 4-packs of Red Bull, so I decided to order some food as well. When my food arrived, however, the entire 4-pack of Red Bull was missing.

I've dined at this restaurant before and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food. However, during my last visit when I ordered curbside, I experienced a frustrating wait of 50 minutes for my meal, which unfortunately arrived cold. When I went inside to address this issue, the hostess simply walked away and acknowledged that my food was cold, but offered no further assistance. The service was disappointing and the quality of the food fell short this time. The hostess really needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills.
