The product is good: fresh, delicious ice cream made with simple ingredients and you can taste the natural flavors. My issue is the price. Just take a look at the older menu photos on google, a cup used to be $7 a few years ago and now it's $12. You can get a decent full meal for slightly more. I understand inflation is a factor but that's too much. Either they miscalculated costs and had to adjust or are simply over charging. I encourage tipping the staff but the base price can't be that high. I normally don't post reviews, especially negative ones but I actually like this place and want it to get better. Was one of the few good Fremont/Newark dessert spots for me but not any more.

We choose STRAWBERRY FANTASY Fresh strawberries mixed with graham crackers and our classic custard base mixed toform this wonderful fantasy for your taste buds. We did a split so that kids can have without wasting. We added strawberrypopping boba. NUTELLA CHILL The perfect way to chill out. This great play on words with a great blend of flavors starts with custard base blended with bananas, graham crackers and Nutella. We added chocolate syrup as topping. BAESIC For those that wanta simple flavor, try original vanilla custard and added Lychee as topping. ALL FUDGED UP If you love chocolate, then you've gotto try blend of caramel cups, chocolate, and brownies. We added chocolate chips chocolate syrup. GULAB JAMUN It's Indiansweet They smashed 1 Gulab Jamun then added the custard base blended it. We added caramel, almonds chocolate syrup. Overallit was a fun experience but it was tooo much sugar.. I think I would go for strawberry fantasy next time.

Saw a new person being trained in the background while we are, helped me understand howmuch care folks were putting into it.
