This place is amazing! The ice cream was fantastic, and there were SO MANY OPTIONS! I decided to splurge, so I got the German Chocolate twister, and they even added brownie pieces to it for me. They were out of chocolate and the vanilla cone I paid $6.00 for was melting all down the cone before they handed it to me. SUPER soft and runny! Paid $12+ for 2 soft serve cones RIDICULOUS View all feedback.
I visited the restaurant tonight and waited 35 minutes to eat. I spent $14, but the food was not worth the wait. The double hamburger was crispy, hard, and cold. The roasted mushrooms were cold inside. The hot dogs were thin and tasteless. After this experience, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I have been coming here for years, but it just keeps getting worse. The customer service from the manager was dreadful - our order was wrong and when we brought it to her attention, she claimed she didn't hear us. We spent $35 and were told we needed to reorder a $3 item. Any decent customer service would have just given us the missing item. When I tried to explain the situation, she told me to contact them on Facebook. A good manager would have made sure the customer was happy and made things right. To top it off, all the food was cold. I used to love coming to this restaurant, but after this experience, my family and I will not be returning. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if they didn't have a minimum charge on debit cards.
I must start by saying that we usually have great food and excellent service at this restaurant, about 98% of the time. We were looking forward to our visit this year, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. We ordered footrests, cauliflower, and malt, but our experience was marred by poor communication and lack of efficiency from the staff. The cashier seemed inexperienced and had to have our order repeated multiple times. The portions of cauliflower were so small that we felt like we had barely eaten anything. When we asked about the malt, the cashier did not know what it was and had to consult with her coworkers, who were more interested in their phones than helping us. It was frustrating that no one seemed willing to assist or provide good customer service. We hope that this was just a bad day and that the restaurant will improve in the future with better training and management.
I have a swirl and pommes from here Monday 3-14-2022. about an hour after the conclusion of my twist and pommes, I became so sick that I went into him and they gave me from there to the hospital.
Very good ice cream but I wish they had more workers
