**A Mixed Bag at Dunkin’ Donuts: Customer Experiences Vary Widely**
Recent visits to a local Dunkin' Donuts reveal a concerning disparity in service and product quality. Many patrons reported rude staff, long wait times, and stale coffee, leaving a sour taste on occasions like Teacher Appreciation Day. Complaints about unhelpful management further compounded frustrations. Conversely, some customers praised friendly employees and efficient service during weekday mornings, noting that minor issues were handled with grace. While the atmosphere shows potential, especially with positive interactions, inconsistency in beverage quality, particularly with their coffee offerings, suggests a need for improvement in both service and product execution.

It took forever to place my order at the drive-thru. The employee wasn’t very friendly and simply asked what I wanted without greeting me properly. He also got my order wrong, and I had to ask him to repeat it. While I was waiting, the woman in front of me started yelling at the staff, saying an employee had been rude to her. The employee responded by closing the payment window, and the customer tapped on it, calling that rude. It was uncomfortable to witness, and since I’d already had a bad experience, I decided to leave with the car behind me. Dunkin, this location has great potential, but you need to improve your customer service with staff who actually care. Although it’s convenient for me, I won’t be coming back.
Drive-thru experience was frustrating. They made my hot latte iced and gave us two completely wrong donuts. We ordered glazed blueberry and chocolate glazed but received two strawberry frosted instead. They corrected the latte but we didn’t notice the donut mix-up until we were already driving away. Not sure how they managed to mess up the entire order.
This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! I visited on Teacher Appreciation Day, which is prominently advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly, and we were made to pay for our coffee. When the manager finally approached us, she simply said, "I didn’t receive any notifications about this, so you can just complain." What kind of customer service is that? We tried to be patient, but when we finally received our paid coffee, it tasted stale and bitter. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place!
The late-night shift would really benefit from having donuts available from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
The staff informed me that the restroom was off-limits to customers. I'm frustrated with how 7-11 and Dunkin' Donuts often claim their bathrooms are "out of service," seemingly just to avoid cleaning them or allowing paying customers access. Moving forward, I won't be spending my money at establishments that operate this way.
