Honestly the staff was super nice the location was clutch parking wasn’t bad the food was same as any the only thing that held it back was the frozen coffee collada had a stale taste like the coffee was burnt I’m not saying it wasn’t fresh it was just a different taste than I was used to maybe a little stronger than I’m used to which is fine for some I just couldn’t finish it because it tasted like pure black coffee... The staff said the bathroom was closed to customers. I'm tired of 7-11 and Dunkin' Donuts management saying the bathroom is "out of service" simply because they don't want to clean it or let paying customers use it. From now on, I refuse to spend my money at places that operate this way. View all feedback.
Took forever to place an order at the drive-thru. The guy wasn?t the friendliest and asked me what I wanted. I was not greeted properly nor did he have my order correct because I had to ask him to repeat it. As I pulled through the drive thru, the ladyin the car directly in front of me started to yell at the employees and said that some lady was mean to her. The employee closedthe glass that you pay in and the lady(customer), tapped the glass and told them that was rude. It was too much for me towitness and I already had a bad experience so I drove off along with the car behind me. Dunkin please get it together, this is agreat location with so much potential but we need better customer service with people that care. Although, it?s convenient forme, I will not be returning.
Drive thru. They made the hot latte iced and gave us two completely incorrect donuts. Ordered glazed blueberry and chocolate glazed. Received two strawberry frosted. Has them correct the latte but didn't notice the donuts until pulling away. Unsure howthey managed to get the entire order wrong.

The late-night shift would greatly benefit from having donuts available between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited! I went there for Teacher Appreciation Day, which is clearly advertised on their website. The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant, and we were forced to pay for our coffee. When the manager came out, she said, "I didn’t receive any notifications about this, so you can just complain." What kind of customer service is that? We were very patient, but when we finally got the coffee we had to pay for, it tasted stale and bitter. Save your time and don’t bother stopping here!
