I think I just witnessed some of the worst customer service ever in morning . Awful drink, took them 20 minutes to make a simple coffee, manager wasn't even doing anything. No one was actually, except for 2 workers out of like 6 or 8 workers. Superdisappointed and would never go there again. And this was all at Dunkin View all feedback.

The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. However, they've had to remove some seating because local customers were hogging it and not vacating the area. Also, parking is quite limited.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional! The coffee is top-notch, and the donuts are always fresh. I wish I could rate this place a thousand stars!

I go to Dunkin all the time. They never seem to get my decaf hot coffee right. It always dark as hell. Consider 5 cream and 5 sugar I would expect my coffee light not dark. They always have an attitude when I ask them to remake it. Dunkin Do Better.
