Donatos Pizza - Newark

Just recently ordered pizza and waited for my family to arrive and I didn't knock on the door so that each of us could know that our pizza was already at our place and just put it on the floor. if I wanted to eat cold, I would have gone to mcdonalds and sad to say that I work at a mcdonald’s. better people who actually make their jobs right thanks

We had problems with the Heath store when they told us that the Newark site would deliver us (even if we were in Heath). We talked with tim and he was extremely helpful and respectful! I will go to them from now on!

Never a bad experience here. It wasn't for me this time, just took my mother-in-law because she was craving wings and a meat lovers pizza.

Obviously management has given up on quality and refuses to do a thing about the burnt pizza issues which also means this will be the last time you ever get business from this household ironically last review was removed bet this one will be too why cause they are incompetent and need protecting from theyre failures i know of nobody who enjoys charcoaled pizza or being ripped off on horribly made food im sure corporate will enjoy the feedback you keep deleting

How can a pizza place stay in business and give bad service? Each time I try them hoping to get better, they seem to get worse? Poor customer service, website not working properly, very poor phone service as well.
