Don Pepe - Newark

Went there for dinner Thursday evening after picking my daughter up from the airport. Wonderful attentive service. Probably the best calamari I've ever eaten in my life. Nice wine selection very very fresh shrimp everything was delightful.

Went to a milestone birthday party. The staff was tremendously fantastic and very attentive. The food was out of this world! Such a wonderful variety of food and the white red wine was delicious at each table. I would definitely recommend Don Pepe's restaurant for a couples, small and large parties! I have been a long time patron of Don Pepe's as I worked downtown Newark for 34 years before retiring two years ago.....Don Pepe's is always a great place to be!

My family and I have been going here for years. The service is always on pointe. The food is delicious and never disappoints. My favorite is the steak and paella, I highly recommend. I just had my sons baptism there and I was extremely happy with the service. My guests loved the food. The bartender Lawrenço kept my family and friends at the bar all night, Mixing some great drinks. Want to thank owners, Luisa and Pepe for everything, they are wonderful people. Thank you Don Pepe restaurant for making my sons baptism a memory we will never forget.

Great food, great service. The octopus appetizer was the best I’ve ever had (even better than what I was served in Spain! and the seafood platter was tasty.

Excellent food and ambiance. The Sangria and wine were delicious. The food was scrumptious and there is a wide variety from seafood to steaks.Don Pepe's lives up to its reputation of excellent food. The staff were very professional and cordial. They were also very accommodating.
